Good health and wellbeing is important to all of us.  We run a range of free fitness classes for customers as well as offering opportunities for people to get involved with activities that can help prevent social isolation. We also work closely with partner organisations to promote health and wellbeing for all.

Whether you just want to feel more healthy or you're looking to lose some weight we run a range of health and fitness classes to suit all abilities.  All of our classes are run by experienced instructors in a friendly, informal environment. Here are the latest timetables:

Walk for Health

people walking through woods Physical inactivity directly contributes to one in six deaths in the UK. Public Health England has launched the Active10 app  to encourage us all to fit just 10 minutes of brisk walking into our daily routine. There are lots of ways to fit ten minutes into your day - download the App to find out more.

OR WHY NOT TRY A LOCAL HEALTH WALK... such as the walk in Westlands, Droitwich.  Health Walks are weekly free 30 minute walks (or sometimes longer) which start all over the country. Gardening for Health

Garden Gardening can not only help improve your fitness and physical health but has also been recognised as a great way to improve your mental wellbeing.

Whether you're a green-fingered expert or a complete novice you can get involved with one of our community gardens in Worcester, Droitwich or Malvern.  Volunteers are always welcome, on a regular basis or just when you have time to spare. To find out more, please contact us:
